Singing Blue Angels

Wiley Post Elementary has always had a tradition of supporting music The most evident has been our 5th Grade Honor Chorus called the “Singing Blue Angels.” The choir is composed of 5th graders who chose to audition for a spot in this special group. The choir is under the direction of our campus Music Teacher, Mr. Tony Flores. The group has many events planned this year, including performing at the Putnam City North Festival. Six of our students will also be allowed to join the Regional “Circle The State Honor Choir.” We will have different performances throughout the year and I hope everyone is able to come support this very talented and special group of students!

Art Club

A time for 3rd-5th grade students to enjoy extra time outside of class to create a fun art project. The first 15 students to hand in their permission slips will be given a spot.
Math Club

Math Club is a teacher recommended enrichment club that meets monthly. We will be working on mental math, math strategies and learning how math can be fun.
