DECA Tammy Graves DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management
Drama Club Sarah Deal Drama Club provides activities for students interested in the performing arts related activities throughout the school year, while providing and promoting a healthy learning environment where students can explore and master the theatrical arts.  Students do not have to be enrolled in theater class to participate in Drama Club and do not have to be a member of Drama Club to participate in theater performances.

International Thespian Society(ITS)

ITS is a national honor society for secondary school theater students. Membership is granted for the performance of meritorious work in acting and technical work on stage.

Dungeons and Dragons Club Erick Cross Enjoy the intellectual and visceral stimulation of the original role-playing game.  We meet from right after school to 7pm every Tuesday. Start as a player and learn to take the lead as Dungeon Master.

FCCLA is a national career and technical student organization for men and women in Family and Consumer Science education. Involvement offers the opportunity to expand leadership potential and development skill for life-planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal communication which is necessary in the home and workplace.
French Club Cassidy Eastwood The purpose of French Club is to increase awareness of the Francophone world.   It provides a positive atmosphere in which students can experience customs from various French speaking cultures.
JROTC Jimmy Thomas The mission of Army Junior ROTC is to motivate young people to be better citizens.
Link Crew Dena Jaeger Link Crew Leaders are junior and senior students selected through an application process each spring.  They mentor freshmen through a student orientation program, by conducting learning activities and discussions throughout the school year,  and through social activities.

Multicultural Society Brian Stewart The Multicultural Society consists of students who are of different races and come from many cultures and backgrounds. Our object is to share our experiences and express our ideas so that we may gain respect and knowledge of one another in the hope of developing peaceful and harmonious relationships.
National Honor
Society
Angela Miller The mission is to honor academic success and community involvement.   Members must be inducted and maintain a GPA of at least 3.5 and do community service for service points.
National Speech and Debate Club Sarah Deal

The National Speech and Debate organization believes that all students should be empowered to become effective communicators, ethical individuals, critical thinkers, and leaders in a democratic society. We exist to promote secondary school speech and debate activities and interscholastic competition as a means to develop a student’s life long skills and values and to increase the public’s awareness of the value of speech, debate and communication education.

PAWS promotes animal adoptions, volunteer at shelters, and organize dog therapy to help with stress and confidence.
POM Ashley McClain The Patriot POM Squad promotes school spirit through dance at school activities and competitions
Recycling Club Paige Dodson The mission of Recycling Club is to provide services to Putnam City West to reduce waste, bring awareness to the student body, and to make our school environmentally friendly.
Science Olympiad Jan Watson Science Olympiad is dedicated to improving the quality of K-12 science education, increasing male, female and minority interest in science, creating a technologically-literate workforce and providing recognition for outstanding achievement.  These goals are achieved by participating in Science Olympiad tournaments and non-competitive events which incorporate Science Olympiad into classroom curriculum.
Silver Strings Levi Dobrinski Our mission is to provide performance opportunities around the community and state that are not part of the traditional orchestra curriculum.  The activity is open to orchestra students from PCW, PCN and PCO.
Soldiers of Step Edward Hudson “The Soldiers of Step” Step Team is a competitive step team that promotes school spirit through synchronized motions and sounds. The Step team follows in the tradition of Historically Black Greek Letter Organizations. Founded in 2004, our step team is rich in culture and diversity, and is a cornerstone of pride for Putnam City West High School.

STUCO Devon Wohlschlegel STUCO is the student council orgnaization at PCW. It is for students desiring to have a representative voice in student affairs, provide necessary leadership, mromote faculty/student relations, provide the communication link between administration and the student body, improve school pride, set high standards of citizenship and coordinate school wide student activities.

Brian Stewart The Technology Student Association fosters growth, leadership and opportunities in technology, innovation, design and engineering.   Members appy and integrate science, technology, engineering and mathematic concepts through co-curricular activities, competitive events and related programs.
