PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE

WEST offers an innovative educational program of excellence for the whole student in a multi-cultural environment that prepares the student for lifelong learning. The student experience at WEST is not just time spent but rather years invested and enjoyed.

Our mission statement, “To Educate for Success,” is based on the belief that all students should have the opportunity to be successful in all endeavors in an environment in which teachers, parents and students share the responsibility for learning. Our mission is the theme in everything we do and is echoed in our motto, Where Everyone Succeeds Together.

Students are encouraged to discover, explore and create in order to develop the attitudes and skills necessary for effective living. In addition to educational success, prime consideration is given to developing moral and spiritual values, a positive attitude toward life and a healthy self-concept. We encourage each student to become actively involved in clubs and activities in order to more completely enjoy school and prepare for the future.
